Not really. Repala is very feminine accessory, visibly made of silk that can be seen through against the light sources. It suits female frames the best.
This on the other hand is very masculine, militaristic even cape, it would suit explicitly masculine frames the best. Think Rhino, Atlas, Nidus Deluxe etc.

That does make sense, I think you're right on that. Either way I think if this is added it will definitely be one of the top syandanas since it does look more like a cape than most others.
