Recent updates
Update 1.004 (27th Dec)
+ Added ingot recipes in the technology tree to craft parts of an ancient portal.
+ Iron reserves are replenished more often and longer when new levels are reached.

Update 1.005
+ Added iron ore recipe, which can now be crafted using a lab.
+ The tech tree has been slightly modified for faster research: two technologies of cooking are combined into one, technologies with a lab and ingots are placed closer to the beginning.

Also usage to create portal keeps on going up, starts at 2, then 3 then 4 then 5, then resets to 2 again. This cannot be right, you hardly create portals and then mana used up.

Show 2 in the short cut bar but when i click it goes to 4, highest i saw i think was 7. Cannot play like this, mana gone very quickly and to make mana is very very very very COSTLY.

Also can you make recipe for the coal as well. to use wood to make coal. Thanks. Like you did with iron.

Mana portals have a cost based on distance from the stockpile, this is part of the vanilla game. It's based cost is two and increases the farther from the stockpile you place it, there is a device in the shop in game which reduces this.
In fact all spells have this property, a fireball or magic collect will cost more mana the farther you place it from the stockpile

The mod's craftable Trap doesn't count towards the "Protect Your Home" task. You have to buy a Wooden Cage from the shop to complete the task.

Mages don't seem to be using the paralyzer? I have 50 paralyzers sitting in my inventory; between 3 mages, none of them used a single one against the pyramid guardians. Also cleared several ancient rooms of the Beholder enemy, as well as several zombie-filled rooms, and it wasn't used then either.

edit 1: Made some palpatine cocktails afterwards, and they don't seem like they're being used either.

edit 2: Cleared the desert map of all guardians and not a single cocktail/paralyzer was used.

edit 3: If the old ice or fire potions are dropped from a rune vault, the mages use those. So the new fire/ice spells just don't work at all.

on Mac os - with the mod, game crashes in biomes (tried to start it few times, it crashes after opening biome window)

Playing through the campaign with the mod active, the 4th world's tech tree reverts to the standard underground tech tree instead of the modified tree.
