This map is awesome! Love how balanced it is. I played as the Celts and took out England, France, and the Netherlands with plans to continue my expansion east.

One question though, does the North American Continent need to be enabled during set up or something? I played all the way into the modern age and the map never changed. There was an unmovable edge of the map in the middle of the Atlantic that never opened up. Does anyone know if/how I can access the North American content?
