The economic conditions are not the same as in the real world. I guess that's not the aspiration as well. The conditions are set, that they are somehow equal for all parties.

The aspiration was to find a compromise between balancing the parties and reflecting major economic conditions of the real world (e.g. coal in England, wine in France, iron in Scandinavia, gold in the Baltic area). The operative word is "major" though... A perfect simulation of the real world conditions would have been too demanding (I'm a lazy guy) and also would have killed the balance overall.
