Unnamed Armor Modification Details
Remember those unnamed boosts to armor, on the form <type> <roman numeral>? Until now, the exact strength of these boosts have been a mystery, other than that they're based on the rarity of the events that activates them. Well, with some scrutiny, I've assembled a list of the approximate boosts in damage from these mods. I've only done this to the damage mods for now, as that is easier to measure. Note that while your regular damage boost is also measured in percents of the base damage, these boosts add a certain percent of *that*.

I, Always -> +12.5%
II, Dealing Damage -> +20%
III, Taking Damage -> +20%
IV, Not Taking Damage -> +20%
V, Low Health -> +20%
VI, Health Critical -> +200%, lasts a couple seconds
VII, When Healed -> +20%
VIII, Standing Still -> +30%
IX, Movement Ability Usage -> +30%
X, High Health -> +15%
XI, On Kills -> +100%, lasts a couple seconds
XII, Energy Locked -> +100%, lasts a couple seconds
XIII, Submerged or Wet -> +20%
XIV, Energy Consumed -> +20%
XV, Enemy Close -> +30%
XVI, Not Dealing Damage -> +200%
XVII, Burning, Frozen, Poisoned or Electrified -> +30%
XVIII, On Ground -> +20%
XIX, At Night -> +20%
XX, At Day -> +20%
