Radar ranges are not sorted

Radar ranges are not sorted. They are ordered as follows, 8-2-4-16-30, with 8 being the default. You should sort them. Also, is there a way to set them by default? Is that a standard Arma/FIR/Jets API?

Still an issue, 2, 4, 16, 30, !!8!!. Should be better sorted, sorted PERIOD.
