Clinic = +0.1 Piety/Prestige - Requires Castle Infastructure 2
War Academy = 0.04 Millitary Tech -Requires Castle Infrastructure 2
Garrison1 = +100 garrison
Garrison2 = +100 garrison
Garrison3 = +100 garrison - Requires Castle Infastructure 2
Garrison4 = +100 garrison - Requires Castle Infastructure 3
Wall1 = +1fort - Improved Keeps 1
Wall2 = +1fort - Impoved Keeps 2
Wall3 = +1fort - Improved Keeps 3

You can add some more buildings for forts in Silk Road provinces. Something like Caravan Guards or Trade camps and so on. If it is possible, of course.

Would it be possible to add increased garrison reinforce speed to the Clinic? I saw in the mod comments that the original purpose was to provide disease resistance and it didn't work out but now, it doesn't seem to be performing its primary function in any (visible) way.
