I want to start this thread because I thought this mod has a problem at first, but finally disabling mods one by one, I finally started the game in Japan as Japan Civilization without discovering Fuji and another Civ (randomly) at first tunr, oh and also... having a city, yup because I had Tokyo, but not appaering anywhere.

So Here are the mods that were causing trouble for me, if you find some, please update this thread.

- Middle Earth Map Pack
- Lugora's Asia Map (Causing also : non-buildable cities in desert and tundra for every game you will launch with this scenario enabled)
