Holo E2 Not Working Singleplayer

So I have this issue where, on servers, E2 holo's work perfectly. However, when I try to spawn my projects in singleplayer, the E2 holo's only spawn the placeholder box instead of the prop which is supposed to spawn.

I can't find a fix anywhere and I everything I need enabled, is enabled.
