I die, I respawn, and suddenly I can't craft the basic splashed meat. Still can craft prime splashed meat, but not the regular sort. The icon to craft it has just gone away from the player crafting inventory. Can still see I learned the engram, but I just cannot find it in my inventory's crafting tab. I have to use a mindwipe tonic and relearn the engram to get it to show back up in inventory, which is a major PAIN.

I'm also using the combined version, rather than this individual copy.
