Help please, i want to play this mod but i cant T__T

Can you please help me out how to install and play with this mod?
i'm kinda dumb, i think
It says "Unable to find dependency 'basemod' for mod 'downfall'." when i run the mod through "Modthespire"
HELP PLS T__T

You have to subscribe to and enable BaseMod and StSLib in order for Downfall to work.
