Guardian - Temporal Strike not buffed by Strike Dummy

I don't know if this is intentional or not, or a bug of some kind, but Guardian's Temporal Strike is not affected by the Strike Dummy relic, the effect of which reads "Cards containing "Strike" deal 3 additional damage." - as per my last playthrough, anyways.
