problem that needs to be fixed SONICspeed

I'm tried one of SpideyMan2012021's Sonic SNPCs but I have a problem with it the camera angle is too low. I need to know how to alter the camera angle to the perfect angle for all Sonic characters. If anyone finds out how to do it Please tell me in the comments.
