(fixed) Bug: Main Command only gives circlets
Ran a test with only jedi, basemod and stlib. When you have the main command relic, the only relics you receive are circlets. The other commands from the shrine still work, but main command is unusable as of now.

Update: I hate how steam doesn't notify me on new discussions.
This is indeed a bug and i'll see what i can do.
