I wish this was a thing as well. Or at least shortening the cooldown between The World and High Dio, considering during the Jotaro Vs. Dio fight in the anime, Dio was using that like crazy.

2 - Edit LUA files of addon and find line of code that edits timestop length and cooldown, it's not that hard if you ever interested in LUA coding.

Thanks, however, and it could just be because im stupid, but I'm having trouble finding the GMA file in Gmod's addons folder

everythings pretty easy even tho ive never done lua, just cant find the file for this

update: i found it i just cant find the cooldown thing

update: i messed with the wrong CD and now the addon's messed up. ._. luckily i only edited High DIO's ver.
