Add a distinct armor for the Caesar. And maybe lower a bit the amount of cav that the romans bring to battle, they had it but didnt use much, or you culd change the amount that they can bring to battle in a script or something, i think they have way too much cav now :)

Minor suggestion maybe change the font colour in the party menu from white to something darker? I often don't notice that my morale is low thus leading to deserters.

Small suggestion for UI: in known lords tab and other tabs like that the font is bright and it contrasts too little to be readable, thus making it hard to determine lords and their attidude to player character.
Changing the font to black would help a lot.

a very little thing, like more colors for armour's capes
yeah blue is good but Red or Purple for Emperor would be NICE

I got an idea: what about enstablishing your own legion or praetor's guard as the Emperor or more enstablished/influential Roman general?
It could be costly and require a lot of investment, but perhaps it would give a bit of personalisation of army.

Thank you for your suggestions, they sound all quite reasonable.
@adriankowaty the costumisation of legions would be nice, I will keep it in mind

I can only thank you @Maxi for showing interest in my idea. I always liked the idea of customisation of own troops in Warband mods and this mod already has interesting potential.

This mod is already a masterpiece, the only thing i can suggest that was missing in my previous suggestion is to never stop working on this, cuz this is the best mod focusing rome, no other is that complete and optmized as this one.

the roman where really inclined to sex, you should show the slaves naked, and often nobles would get slaves for ''favours''

@Jasinto, you can talk to the slaves and order them to underdess (on the slave market)

a fix for the tribune armor, the cape floats a little. Not game breaking but still throws one off.

So, the first thing is the gladius.
In my opinion, roman legionaires are... well, they are like paper.
I know that the gladius has a very decent thrust damage but the ability to swing with 19 dmg makes it pretty problematic.
Imperial Rome made gladiuses as thrust only weapon, i would suggest to either buff the swing dmg a little bit or make it thrust only.
Having the dmg on 19 made it impossible for me to get through 10 barbarians in a siege, my troops would just get destroyed, buffing the dmg to 30 allowed them to break through but it didnt make them immortal.
Maybe im being a noob but you would expect the roman army to be... well, a little bit tougher.
The other thing is becoming the emperor, I think it's a little bit too easy to just go to Kaeso, go to Rome and yeah.
What about making another way?
Lets say, you find allies and split the empire making like a triumvirate, someone gets Alexandria + Asia, you get Rome and Spain and someone gets Africa or just two people split the empire between eachother.
It would give you only half of the empire and another faction to fight in the future which would just make the game a bit longer and more fun in my opinion.
Please, consider it at least.
Love your work.

Also, I know that the Civil War technically splits the empire in two but its random, if it would be possible to make the same people support one side it would be good too.
