Help find NPC.

I need meet with Mametinus Crachus for quest, but i cant find him in the town center of Rome. Where is he?

if he is the goods merchant he is in his shop like in native (can be found on the streets). You can also start straight a conversation if you hold shift while pressing on "trade with the goods merchant".
