"Domus Mare" feast issue
Every once in a while, I keep getting a popup that a feast has finished getting prepared at some place called Domus Mare. Does anyone know where I can find this place? Thanks!

I think that's your villa in Neapolis. You can instruct the person in charge of your household there to prepare a party.

For some reason, my villa in Neapolis doesn't show up. Do I have to purchase it beforehand or something?
