Cant find the slave Albus

Just got the mission and i'm where they said to go,after recruiting 80 troops from villiges, but nobody there...can quest enemies be killed and not tell me?

I've had a similar issue. No sign of a blue party. Now far from Naples can they wander?

started a new game and redid the questline up to that point, then cheated with Ctrl+T to Naples and they were there, so maybe it just got bugged for me on that save?
