Mount & Blade: Warband

Aut Caesar aut nihil

This is the best mod I have ever downloaded. I have a few questions though
1. I didn't want to be Caesar so I went to Parthia, conquered them then conquered Hayastan. I wear Parthian style outfits and armor, ride a Parthian horse, married a Parthian woman and renamed myself to Cyrus. But my people still don't consider to me be Parthian! Can I convert or do I have to convert them to Roman?

2. I'm pretty sure my accountant is stealing large sums of money from the treasury. How do I execute him?

3. Since I am not affiliated with Rome, I can't use their barracks obviously. But I also can't use my own. I used to be able to use some in Hayastan's cities but since I conquered them I am no longer able to. Is there any place I can get higher quality troops in bulk? It's going to be a rough time dealing with the upcoming war with Rome if not.

1. as of right now, this is not really possible
2. if you mean the quaestor events: well, you can dismiss him, however this will increase tax inefficiency and you won't have other features. It has all pros and cons.
3. uh, as I haven't considered this case yet this may not be possible.

in the feature I will add a sandbox mode, but I don't know when this will happen.
