So, I got the town of Napoli and it's surrounding villages through the support of the senate. However, I skipped the hiring of the first minister/staff member for the town, and ended up only with the financial minister. Will I be able to hire a new Minister guy for my town? Or is there an option somewhere to hire them? It's the first guy where the town will tell you to hire a prominent nobleman.
