How do I give fiefs to my vassals
As Caesar. Cant find the option anywhere amongst any of my ministers. Highly confused now.

There's a minister standing almost hidden beside a pillar if you enter the atrium in Rome (main hall) as Caesar, make sure you appointed a companion or spouse and not just a prominent citizen. This should unlock extra dialogue options including those dealing with fiefs. It confused me as well

I saw that precious man, but he doesn`t have the options for that in dialogue window.
