Parthian Thundergod Quest
For the aforementioned quest given by Nero, I've reached the point where you have to find the Parthian spy who's been asking questions in taverns in citites in Eastern Rome (Alexandreia, Thebae, Hierosolyma, Antiochia, Palmyra, Ancrya, and Tarsus. I've been unable to find him anywhere in the taverns in all this cities and I'm wondering if he is just somewhere else in the streets of these cities or if the quest has some problems.

No, he's in a tavern, he's just not advertising he's a spy. Look for a suspicious character.

Also, narrow your search down to Egypt, as you should've been told by one of the tavern keepers you talked to in the other cities.

I had been going back and forth between all the cities you need to visit and wasn't able to find him. I was certain he wouldn't be one of the Civis in the tavern and would be the usual "Suspicious Man" character Warband uses. I finally visited Alexandria again, found him, and came back to say so in this thread, but thank you for your post anyway :) I guess he just didn't spawn in yet? Because I had checked Alexandria before and there's no way you can miss him if he's in the tavern.

this part of the quest works like this:
you first travel around and ask innkeepers
after you ask an innkeeper for the third time the spy can spaw. The spy spawns in Alexandria, if you asked the inn keeper of Alexandria at last and you are in the tavern of Alexandria (this is where he will spawn) you need to reload the scene (so leave the tavern and enter it again)
