Can a Lord's Reputation Changed???
I took a city from a lord because he had a bad reputation trait, but I literally cant find another governor in the empire that has a bad trait also. Can their reputation change over time or is it just set from the beginning? I want more towns but I cant take from anyone...

I think lord personalities are set and cannot change. It's moot anyway because the event to take a city from a bad lord only gives you the city if you have none. If you want more, you will have to take it the old-fashioned way by conquest.

Yes, the personality can't change, it is set at game start. Yes, its only available once.

Thank you - wish I waited for a response before I spent a lot of money getting my rep up with Alexandria lol

Heh, no worries, it's all part of a good character story, and if you like Alexandria, you can aim to get it in the future by trading another city you will have conquered. This way you will have a city that already loves you.

I think there's still a chance trading will be refused even if you have a better city to trade. Some lords just tell me flat out they are not interested in trading a specific settlement away and that's it, but it might work.

Of course, the nuclear option: become the Emperor, then tell the governor it's your city now. :)
