How to proceed with the quest after convincing Nero?

Don't recall the specifics anymore, but I think there's a point where you wait for the results of your actions. Let the plan be implemented and see what happens.

You don't have to talk to Pupienus anymore. (he pays you in advance)

But if you convinced Nero to invest in Poop business, you will get a message to meet Nero sooner or later.
