The 'Show Custom Name Marker' toggle showing as checked in advanced settings & em_settings.ini has it set to true. I have deleted everything in my Zomboid setting folder & re-installed the game. It was working one day then the next just stopped working. People using the same mods on the same server do not have this issue.

Any ideas on how to fix this? notice other users have this same issue in the comments.
