Eris_minimap not appearing for server mods

I can't see the mod when trying to add it to my mods for my server. it only appears for my single player mods but not for my server I'm hosting from my computer. with the server hosting system zomboid provides.

going to assume that i had them in the wrong order becuase i have been just using the ingame minimap and dealing with it
