Health from Fabricator is now not overpowered.

Tech 9 Fabricator has now a Animation.

Tech 10 Extractor got a other Animation. To safe people with epilepsy.

Extractor - has now a Dead png.

Water Extractor - has now a Dead png.

Update 2.3;

Health Credits and Delay edit for all Modded Buildings.

Updated the Code to the New version of the Game.

Added Overlcocked and Reinforced Extractor
