Custom emojis and emoji selection lists

Custom emojis feature:

In order for users to know what custom emojis are available, the chat should show users lists of emojis.
The lists of should be categorised to make them easier to search.
The default emojis should also be listed.

Here's what the emoji categories look like so far

The lists take a while to download all the emojis on each page.
I've found a way to make emojis load faster.
This will be implemented first.

Now that emojis load faster, I will try to finish the emoji categories and start on custom emoji support.
