The power station is the third stop on the bus route in Town.
After exiting the bus, locate the entrance to the station. You'll need to open the door (requires points).
Open the power room:
Inside the station, drop into a hole leading to the underground power room.
Open the door to the power switch area (also costs points).
Assemble the Power Switch:
Look for three parts scattered in the power room:
Switch: Found on a table.
Circuit Board: Near the walls or machinery.
Zombie Arm: Lying on the floor.
Take the parts to the nearby workbench and assemble them.
Turn On the Power:
Once assembled, interact with the power switch to turn on the power.
This activates various mechanisms around the map and allows access to new areas.
