sometimes i feel like the map is empty. Adding some things in would be nice. maybe a new lab or 2. what do you guys think?

maybe he should remake the core. maybe a little comestic change and stuff, i dont know.
Hello you may remember me but Im just putting this here again: my suggestion was another facility in the map with maybe the original map having a teleporter experiemnt taking you there, or maybe the train taking you there instead of just killing you and being dissapointing that it doesnt go anywhere (jk about that last part) but yeah.
maby he should make a xen alien testing area (xen is from half life 1) with like test tubes with baby headcrabs inside (baby headcrabs are from half life 1)

This may be over the hedge.. but, I was thinking about a missile silo, with custom missiles and missile textures.
I think an "Abandoned" section would be great, one that you get to via the train tracks, requiring you to first shut down the tracks from the main breaker room. Then when you get there, you find all the failed, forotten and forbidden experiments of the lab's dark past.

And the cryo-sleep thing is cool, but I just want there to be more changed after getting out. 30 years? the place is probably going to be a little dirty, maybe all the zombies and headcrabs got out and killed all the present staff. The other people in Cryo-sleep? They were taken out and experimented on. Where? The abandoned sector.
There should also be a medical ward. The scientists here are messing with some pretty dangerous stuff, where can they go to get fixed up?

Unfortunately, I will not be doing much with the trains (they are super buggy and impossible to work with). However, I do have stuff planned for the cryo-sleep/passage of time thing.

maybe you could just make another train thats just a func_tracktrain or func_movelinear or some other train thing thats easier to work with?

I still think the idea of an abandoned sector is really cool, maybe put a row of teleporters in with the first one, the original leads where it leads, the next leads to the Med. Ward. Maybe another leads to one of the other sectors that people here have suggested, but the last one, remains shut down, it leads to the abandoned sector, you need to turn the power to that teleporter on from the main breaker room. (an electrical shed on the surface, outside the main building?)
