New weapon or reskin?
I think it should be the Eternal Reward reskin. If not, you can tell me if it should be achievement item, a normal weapon, and/or crafting recipe!

it should be a knife that when to back stab an enig you can pick up his (only the guys you stabed) buldings and carry them to a new spot

That;s actually pretty fair :D Moving engineer buildings isnt.

Too good to be a reskin, I suggest it as a drop/craft.
+ On backstab: Leaves calling card (A huge key or something)
+ Silent killer, no backstab noise
- Jingle all the way!

allows you to take engineer teleporters BUT upon backstab it makes a loud jingling noice
instant destroy on building
removes sapper from loadout when equipped
5 second regain after sapping
increases cloak duration
but if cloaked and the knife is out you hear jingling
no decloak sound when equiped
upon kill it leaves the dead body in a jail suit

+Player gains 20% health and speed for a short moment upon sucessful backstab.

Player cannot be healed by enemy dispensers or medics.
-10% movement speed on wearer
