Wanting to open a discussion because I think it would be neat if we compiled our ideas of what could be added to the mod, I'll start with: Would it be possible if we could have multiple ways of getting more skeletons, I have a limited experience with the mod but so far there seemingly isn't any way to start as skeletons, or to get more for that matter. You can only get them if you start with the default scenario, meaning that if you want to play a tribe you are SOL like I was on getting skeletons and I had to use prepared carefully to get around it.
