Stand Ideas
That would be hard to make, but why not an admin variation of the World. The World Over Heaven from EOH ?
Idea :

T : Time stop to infinity
Left click : barrage
Right click : rewrite reality (turn someone into prop or whatever, idk)

And I also thought of a more simpler stand :
Death 13

T : bring people into dreams
Left click : hoe swing
Right click : idk, there is so much possibilities in the dream world...

there is an admin variation of the world, and it does have infinite time stop.

Yes but, why not add an admin version by The World Over Heaven, which rewrites reality. Time stop is like a bonus.

Fun Stand: Star Flatinum
T: Throw user into air (stand jump)
Left Click: Barrage into user (self damage)
Right Click: Finisher (heavy punch into user)
Taunt R: Yare yare daze,flat platinum laugh (death 13 dream)

please add The World Over Heaven let it be obtained due to the fact that the player absorbs the green child at the World Over Heaven if 2 new abilities the first is a census of reality and the second is infinite for time stop also this stand is official it was in the game JJBA Eye of Heaven still this stand is stronger Gold Experience Requiem

Idea: Heaven's Door
Abillities: R- Switch to other side effects. for example: (Target name) will be not able to attack (Your username), (Target name) will take (number of damage here) damage and so on.
T- Apply the side effects to the target.
M1 - Read Player stats. (for example: Username, what weapons the player has and so on.)
M2 - Taunt
