Some of those worthless items that are metallic.
first alchemy is taking the properties of ingredients and distilling them into a cosummable liquid, so how can you the turn a liquid into say a dedra heart, or void salts, etc. serious lack of realism and to a large part illogical. you'd need to go for the 'This is a hugh magic machine that can do that but no one knows how' route.
secondly the feasability for it is insane. each ingredient has 4 properties so you would need 4 recipes per ingredientt to do a similar thing, but then you have different strengths of potions and custom potions, with most potions having 4-5 different strengths your recipes would go closer to 16 per ingredient and how you would recycle custom potions.. no idea
