IMPORTANT: since the game is in an abysmal state and it is gonna be like that for a long while, it is a logical idea to keep your rates high and make your server more of a fast fun and easy to go exploring having fun, hording and doing all the stuff that the unbalanced state of the game denys them that! people love fast servers to keep them from wasting their time on a broken game. this comes from 5+ years of server hosting experience.
