mod disengages

Hello,
i installed this mod on my dedicated server and it is not working.
in fact it works and as soon as I quit the game and return to my game the mod disengages.
what to do ?

Ummm only thing i can think of is the MOD ID is not saving for some reason.IDK maybe has to do with you might have set the INI file/s to "read only" ?
