Is there a way to get countries removed even if they are not neutrals or a way to add annexation of non-standard political factions-run countries?
i could add a feature to annex countries, as there is already a way to release them from neutrality.
This would also solve the problem with Neutral having no access to annexed resources due to 0% compliance, which removes these resources from the world market.
A split into two neutral nations would also be helpful - one for south America, and one for the middle east + the Tibet group. I always release Iraq and Iran manually because otherwise the Axis has to buy the middle east oil over Atlantic routes (since Neutral's capital is in south America), where it gets easily intercepted by Allied submarines.
