Is there any way to temporary stop pawn from rearming?

After tought fight I have an issue. Pawns are not resting or making important some other important stuff but rearming. It's not time for this.

Best solution is to carefully track pawn loadout and set to 0 items he doesn't have and doesnt't have to have now.

Have you thougt about "rearm" job in work tab?
