Rounds don't end

If I kill the enemy team, defuse the bomb or explode the bomb the round doesn't end. It seems to just become an endless round.

this happens alot to workshop maps. i'll win a round and see my result

It happens if you play a map like aim_botz before launching it, just close and relaunch the game.

mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 0

Try that ^^ you won't have to relaunch the game.
