Massive assortment of parked cars

This mod seems to spawn an enormous number of unowned parked cars during road creation. Anyone have any tips on dealing with this? Unfortunately clearing all traffic doesn't manage parked vehicles.

There are some additional traffic clearing buttons in the mod options screen (maintenance tab).
