Mod not displaying

I've had this mod for a while and it worked fine, then it stopped displaying as if it wasn't there, i checked the content manager and it says I'm currently subscribed, tried unsubscribing and resubbing but no luck, please help?

Go to mod options and on Maintenance tab click Reset Global Configuration This should revert icon and menu position.
If it doesn't help share TMPE.log
