juntion rules on one side of intersection applying to all sides
when I set a junction rule on one side of an intersection it applies to all the sides, and it still says its off for those sides. For example; if I set one side of the intersection to allow rights on red, cars on every side will ignore traffic lights while turning right, even though it only shows it on for one side.
