Whenever I start a new game with this mod installed or enable this mod on an existing save, I immediately see my traffic flow drop to about 80%-84% before I even place a road down. When I deactivate the mod, the percentage goes back to the usual 94%-95% with no additional input from me. I've tried playing around in the settings to see if anything changes with no luck. It doesn't seem to effect actual gameplay (meaning the traffic isn't as congested as it says), but it is a little annoying, as I'd like to see how my cities are actually doing. Unless I'm missing something obvious, I have no idea what could be causing this. Does anyone have an idea?
