Constant Errors on my map

Have installed this traffic manager today, but whenever i add a new road, or randomly throughout the game i get the error 'object reference not set to an instance of an object' any ideas. Im a newb, so sorry if its a stupid question.

Post log file (output_log.txt, located in Cities_Skylines/Cities_Data) - upload to any free file sharing service (gdrive/dropbox/onedrive, etc.)
