Often vehicles ignore traffic light because of how "ability to stop before entering intersection" is calculated. Big part of equation is relation speed to segment length with addition of braking force. If segment is too short or speed limit too high TM:PE may decide to allow entering vehicle to intersection (if impossible to stop vehicle) to prevent situation that vehicle could stop in the middle of a junction.
I use node controller, so I'll see if maybe that is cause of some conflict or issue (the traffic lights are visible, if you use node controller you can knock the traffic lights out and then they always run it). I'll remove node controller and do some testing. Simulation Accuracy been set to Very High does seem to have more occurrences than Very Low but both seem to be effected.
Definitely a troublesome issue but hopefully we can find a solution.
Edit: No such luck, removing node controller had no effect, good to rule it out though.
The odd part is some vehicles stop just fine but others just fly on through, sometimes the same lane stops or goes.

Road is an asset and not stock, 100km/h limit on the main stretch.
Is there a log of anything I can get to you that might help?
Absolutely amazing mod by the way, had it since the original, game is a mess without it haha.
Definitely grab that mod if you want, it may save you having to redo the intersection.
I just angled the intersection and increased it's size behind it by editing between the traffic lights and the step behind where the cars kept running the lights.

Hope that helps!
sorry for no response, I don't know what but it just seems the issue just phased away, I'll come back if I see it again

Thank You!!!! I was having this issue and lowering the speed limit on the road fixed the issue, they started stopping now lol!
