Last night I discovered that enabling realistic parking in mod settings caused the influx in my city to dip, causing my population growth curve to flatten or trend downwards. By default it's turned off, it was only last night when I realized it was turned off the whole time in a city with around 4000 cims. So I disabled realistic parking and influx goes back to normal. Can anyone reproduce this?
