Can all vehicles ignore rules in case of emergency shelter or evacuation?
Can i ask for new feature that vehicles ignore rules for evacuation and increase to 100% tourist can evacuate immidiately to shelters?

and another one feature that cims prefer driving than walking because some elders are old so they cannot walk longer than expected. so the elders and other citizens prefer to drive than walking. consequently it would build up to heavy traffic jams

*in case for longer paths or too far from evacuation

I think Lifecycle Rebalance mod (by algernon) does that - it changes cim travel preference (if it can't do age based, maybe algernon could add that) : https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2027161563
