Cities: Skylines

TM:PE 11.9.1.0 STABLE (Traffic Manager: President Edition)

City not loading when Traffic manager is enabled.
I have activated the mod in the content manager but when I attempt to go into a city it starts loading but the loading bar stops moving not far into the loading process. Does anyone know why?

Possiblty a mod conflict, or running out of RAM.

Look in TMPE.log file and you will see list of mods - any that have `!` (exclamation mark) next to them are incompatible.

Make sure you don't have more than one version of TM:PE mod subscribed (disabling other versions will not be sufficient due to way the game engine processes mods).

The Compatibility Report mod will help track down any other mod conflicts you might have: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2633433869
If you are running out of RAM, start by checking your page file size: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2114415052
If still problems, we'll need your game log and TMPE log files to see what errors are occuring - details on where to find log files and how to share them are in our wiki: https://github.com/CitiesSkylinesMods/TMPE/wiki/Share-your-Cities-Skylines-log-file

Hey I am having the same issue. I just installed more ram and looked at my compatibility report hoping to find the problem but no luck. My game log file is https://ufile.io/lkg7uwfj and my tmpe log file is https://ufile.io/7skmk9db

@tinandtum It looks like it might be Network Skins that's causing problem:

The following assembly referenced from data-000000001541D190 could not be loaded:
Assembly: NetworkSkins (assemblyref_index=8)
Version: 1.0.7319.2601
Public Key: (none)
The assembly was not found in the Global Assembly Cache, a path listed in the MONO_PATH environment variable, or in the location of the executing assembly (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\).

@tinandtum It must be one of the other mods trying to integrate with Network Skins and failing maybe? That's basically the only error I could see in your logs (other than a few at the very end but those aren't the cause of loading screen freeze).

In any case, it doesn't look like TM:PE is throwing any errors; the game didn't even load to the point where TM:PE starts initialising its data.

If you unsub Node Controller then sub Node Controller Renewal (bascially same mod but with nicer UI) does that change anything?

Also, try verifying game files - possibly steam hasn't updated one of your mods: https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

I unsubscribed from the listed mod and subscribed to Node Controller Renewal instead but I am getting the same results. The game starts to load fine but consistently gets stuck on SimulationManager.LateUpdateData. Here is an updated output log https://ufile.io/s944eqbc and tmpe log is https://ufile.io/ixzk33a7

Almost forgot to mention, I verified the files with no issues and a successful validation.
