The infinite loading screen / tela de carregamento infinito
Infinite loading screen

The game is in infinite loading I tried to reinstall the mod but it doesn't work so far I only have these two mods installed

Only with Harmony active does the game load.
With Harmony and TMPE active game does not load
TMPE active the game does not load

O jogo fica em carregamento infinito tentei reinstalar o mod mas não funciona até o momento tenho somente esses dois mod instalados

Somente com Harmony ativo o jogo carrega.
Com Harmony e TMPE ativos jogo não carrega
TMPE ativo o jogo não carrega

It stuck because you use mods from unknown source. Everything you need to make it work is in the guide, including files.
If still doesn't work then it means you didn't follow the guide or used mod files from unknown source.
